Octoberfest 2006 Report

Saturday, Student Frightfest
We had a record attendance as 56 students plus volunteer leaders went to Six Flags Great America.  After returning to the church for pizza and a concert, several students placed their faith in Christ during the time of invitation that followed.

Sunday Morning, Friend Day
Attendance was up over 31% as we had many visitors attend our dynamic and uplifting worship service.  Again, several people indicated that they placed their faith in Christ during the invitation time.

Sunday Evening, Family Fest
It was a crazy fun-filled evening as the multi-purpose auditorium was filled with people.  The games, hay rides, contest, and food were outstanding!

The staff would like to person thank everyone who had a part in making this a great weekend.  Your attendance, financial giving, and sacrificial service were essential!  Your positive spirit, unity of purpose, and prayers helped unleash the power of the Gospel as many lives were changed for eternity.
